How to Return
- Contact us: Email returns@veletsolo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive authorization: We'll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Package your return: Securely pack items in original packaging if possible. Include the RA number inside the package.
- Ship it back: Use a trackable shipping method. We recommend USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
- Receive refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
โ ๏ธ Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Common Shipping Questions
Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact our support team immediately with your order number and the new address. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as orders enter fulfillment processing.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations. If still missing, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement/resolution.
Yes, we can ship to hotels and temporary accommodations. We recommend confirming with the property that they can accept packages on your behalf, and include your reservation details in the address. Note that signature confirmation is recommended for these addresses.
We currently only ship within the United States, so customs declarations are not applicable. If we expand internationally in the future, we will describe contents in a discreet manner as required by customs regulations while maintaining your privacy to the extent possible.
Expedited processing is available for in-stock items. Please contact us immediately after placing your order with your request. Additional fees may apply. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be expedited due to production time requirements.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@veletsolo.com
- Include your order number and photos
- We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items
- Choose between a replacement (if available) or full refund
