How to Return

  1. Contact us: Email returns@veletsolo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive authorization: We'll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package your return: Securely pack items in original packaging if possible. Include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship it back: Use a trackable shipping method. We recommend USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
  5. Receive refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Common Shipping Questions

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact our support team immediately with your order number and the new address. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as orders enter fulfillment processing.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations. If still missing, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement/resolution.

Do you ship to hotels or vacation rentals?

Yes, we can ship to hotels and temporary accommodations. We recommend confirming with the property that they can accept packages on your behalf, and include your reservation details in the address. Note that signature confirmation is recommended for these addresses.

Will customs see what's in my international order?

We currently only ship within the United States, so customs declarations are not applicable. If we expand internationally in the future, we will describe contents in a discreet manner as required by customs regulations while maintaining your privacy to the extent possible.

Can I request expedited processing?

Expedited processing is available for in-stock items. Please contact us immediately after placing your order with your request. Additional fees may apply. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be expedited due to production time requirements.
